I led omnichannel media strategy for the Maryland Lottery, originally brought on for a 10-month, $675K pilot. The campaign significantly outperformed expectations — driving over 15,000 monthly site clicks and a 12% peak-season lift in app downloads — earning a renewal and expansion to a $1.5M, 12-month investment. That grew further into a 24-month always-on initiative. I owned the full architecture: prospecting, retargeting, and contextual targeting across display, connected TV, and online video.
